Winston Churchill (30 November 1874 – 24 January 1965) is known for being Prime Minister but he also joined firefighters in extinguishing a blaze at Blenheim Palace. Winston always held firefighters in high esteem and during World War II called them, ‘Angels with Grimy Faces’.
